Campaign Period
The CTRL + PLAY 2nd Anniversary × Christmas Celebration campaign runs from 1 December 2025 to 11 January 2026. All quests must be completed and verified during this period to be eligible for prizes.
Eligibility Requirements
- •Participants must be at least 18 years old
- •Must have a valid CTRL + PLAY account or register for one
- •Must follow @ctrlplaymy on Instagram before claiming scratch cards
- •Employees of CTRL + PLAY and their immediate family members are not eligible
- •CTRL + PLAY reserves the right to request proof of age during redemption. (e.g. NRIC, passport, etc.)
Quest Verification & Scratch Cards
Accepted Proof of Completion:
- • Instagram Stories, posts, or videos featuring the campaign
- • Visit receipt or booking confirmation
- • Photo evidence of in-store task completion
- • Social media tagging confirmation
- • New account registration confirmation
Staff must verify proof and confirm Instagram follow (@ctrlplaymy) before issuing scratch cards. Scratch cards are issued once per completion and cannot be transferred.
Prize Redemption
- •Scratch cards are physical and must be claimed at CTRL + PLAY branches during operating hours only
- •Grand and Special prizes are redeemable up to 30 days after campaign end date
- •Consolation vouchers are valid for 30 days from redemption
- •Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items
- •Valid while stocks last
Fair Play & Fraud Prevention
- •CTRL + PLAY reserves the right to disqualify participants for fraudulent claims or proof
- •Multiple accounts per person are not allowed and may result in disqualification
- •Duplicate or falsified proofs will be rejected
- •CTRL + PLAY reserves the right to refuse redemption if the card is found to be tampered with, duplicated, fraudulent, or used in breach of these terms

Liability & Disclaimer
- •CTRL + PLAY is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen scratch cards or prizes
- •Prizes are provided as-is without warranties
- •CTRL + PLAY reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if unavailable
- •CTRL + PLAY is not responsible for accidents or injuries during gameplay
Privacy & Data Usage
Participants agree that:
- •Personal information collected will be used for campaign administration only
- •Photos/videos posted with campaign hashtags may be featured on CTRL + PLAY social media
- •By participating, you consent to the use of your content for marketing purposes
Changes & Cancellation
CTRL + PLAY reserves the right to:
- •Modify campaign terms with notice to participants
- •Cancel or suspend the campaign if circumstances make continuation impossible
- •Adjust quest difficulty or requirements if needed
